These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties to sales contracts concluded with the Seller via the CEZAR@CEZAR.EU online shopping platform.By entering into a contract with the Seller, the Customer accepts the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and declares that the provision of services related to the purchased Goods before the expiry of the withdrawal period is at the Customer's request. The Seller conducts distance selling of Goods using the electronic provision of services within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344, as amended, hereinafter referred to as the Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means), pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.

The Buyer, hereinafter referred to as the Customer, may be either a natural person with consumer status within the meaning of Article 221 of the Act of 23 April 1964, the Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1145, as amended, hereinafter referred to as the Civil Code), a natural person conducting business activity and purchasing Goods in connection with that activity, or a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality. The Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of the distance sales agreement concluded with the Customer, and familiarization with their provisions is an integral condition for making purchases as a Guest or User.The terms used in the Terms and Conditions have the following meanings:

Price – the gross amount in Polish zloty or other currency, which the Customer has offered and paid for the ordered goods. The price includes all taxes and fees of a public nature and is the final and total amount, to which the costs of delivery are added.

Customer – an entity with full legal capacity, submitting an offer to purchase goods as part of concluding a sales agreement or intending to purchase goods presented by the Seller on the CEZAR.EU website. Persons without legal capacity may only make purchases with the consent of their legal guardian.

User – an individual who has read the online store's terms and conditions contained on the website at CEZAR.EU and has registered in the "customer panel," or has had such registration performed on their behalf by a Customer Advisor. Guest – a natural person who has read the Online Store Terms and Conditions posted on the website at CEZAR.EU but has not registered with the online store.Consumer – a natural person entering into a sales agreement with the Seller, the subject of which is not directly related to their business or professional activity.Entrepreneur – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality, granted legal capacity by a separate act, conducting business activity and entering into a sales agreement with the Seller.Customer Advisor – a natural person, an employee of the Entrepreneur, who, on behalf of the Customer, assists in obtaining access to and full functionality of the online store.Online Store – an online store operated by the Seller via the website at CEZAR.EU.Terms and Conditions – these terms and conditions, available at CEZAR.EU/REGULAMIN or directly at the Seller's registered office.Seller – Dariusz Bogdan Niewiński, conducting business under the name CEZAR Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjne Dariusz Bogdan Niewiński, ul.
