Marketing policy

I declare that I have been informed that:

1. The administrator of my personal data processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter is CAESAR, Dariusz Bogdan Niewiński Production Company, ul. Strefowa 2, 19-300 Ełk.

3. Personal data will be processed for the purposes of sending the newsletter.

4. I acknowledge that providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to receive the newsletter.

5. The processing of my personal data for the purpose of receiving the newsletter is based on my voluntary consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119 of 2016, No. 119, p. 1) – hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

6. Data may also be processed regardless of the consent given, in connection with the pursuit/defense of claims (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).

7. I have the right to request access to my personal data from the controller, its rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw any consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

8. My personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter, but no longer than 10 years.

My personal data may be processed during the limitation period for claims related to the processing of my personal data for the purposes specified in the above declaration of consent.

9. My data will not be transferred to other recipients or to third countries/international organizations.

10. My data will not be processed in an automated manner.

11. I have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
