This will make them perfectly smooth and facilitate glue application.

Standard PVC quarter rounds do not need to be painted as they are factory-finished in a specific color. However, if necessary, they can be painted after proper surface preparation. For this purpose, it is worth choosing white quarter rounds for windows or paneling, as a light base minimizes the risk of the previous color showing through.
