We've prepared answers to frequently asked questions about our products, orders, delivery, and customer service to make shopping easier and help you quickly find the information you need.

Is it possible to collect products ordered in the online store in person?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to collect your order in person. However, we work with trusted customers in our area who stock our products and can order goods for pickup at their location.
Can I change the pickup date of my order?
Yes, this option is available, but it is estimated based on the likely delivery time of the goods by courier. You can specify a convenient delivery date in the order notes or email us at cezar@cezar.eu.
When will I receive my parcel?
Orders are processed once payment has been received by our supplier. Orders approved by 12:00 noon on weekdays are shipped the same day. Carrier delivery times are typically 1 to 3 business days.
What are the delivery costs for my order?
Shipping costs are displayed after adding products to your cart. Shipping is determined by the longest side of the product.
Can I place an order by email or phone?
Unfortunately, we don't offer email or phone ordering. However, if you encounter any difficulties while placing your order, we're happy to help.
How can I return a product or make a complaint?
Yes, it is possible. Details regarding returns can be found on the [RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS – link] page.
Is it possible to send product samples?
Currently, there is no such option, but we plan to introduce it in the future.
Will the product be delivered damaged due to its very long length?
We attach great importance to carefully packaging our products, and we ship long products in sturdy tubes secured with durable tape.
Where can I see the status of my shipment?
You can check the shipment status after logging in to the store. We also send the tracking number to the email address you provided when placing your order.
Is it possible to send a parcel cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not have this option.
What are the payment options for the product?

I'm having trouble figuring out how many products I need to purchase to install a skirting board in my room. Can you help?
Yes, we have a special calculator that allows you to enter the dimensions of the room and specify the quantity of products to purchase to install our skirting boards.
Do you offer a service of cutting goods to a specified length?
We do not offer this feature, however most of our products can be easily cut to size using a fine-toothed hand saw.
If I bought an 8mm thick tile, what tile profile should I buy? 8mm or higher?
If the tile is 8mm thick, you need to purchase an 8mm tile profile. In the case of a tile profile, we have
What does 5in1 mean?
The 5-in-1 designation means five installation options for the threshold profile. When you purchase this type of profile, all mounting hardware is included with the purchased product. This profile features highly durable strips.
What paints can I use to paint your paintable products?
Our products should be painted with latex and acrylic paints.
How can I remove the product label from the profile without damaging the veneer?
Items with remnants of labels, price tags or tapes should be washed with a cloth soaked in methylated spirits.
What can I do to prevent XPS strips from dissolving when cutting them with a miter saw?
In this case, you should reduce the speed of the saw or use a hand saw with small holes.
How to glue a threshold profile that has adhesive strips mounted on the fastener?
The surface where the profile will be installed should be degreased with an appropriate agent (e.g., acetone). Then, remove the protective paper and install the profile. After gluing, press the profile down for approximately 1 minute to ensure the adhesive bonds properly.
How to connect two polyurethane wall panels?
Polyurethane wall panels should be joined with a filler. We offer such a product. Once the filler has dried, paint the panel any color you like.
Do you offer threshold profiles that can be bent into any shape?
Yes, we have such profiles, they are available in the catalog "arch profiles - for arches"
I have a limited budget and don't have the equipment needed to install moldings, do you have any alternatives to baseboards?
Yes, we offer flexible skirting strips that have adhesive strips and can be cut with regular scissors. They're a good alternative to traditional skirting boards, offering the same aesthetic appeal and functionality as traditional skirting boards.
How to connect skirting boards?
We offer aluminum tape for joining underlayments. This tape is especially important for underlayments that are designed to insulate heat. This prevents heat from escaping through gaps in the underlayment.
What is important when buying skirting boards?
When purchasing skirting boards, it's worth paying attention to their width, especially if you're replacing the baseboards but leaving the floor unchanged. It's often the case that gaps between the floor and the wall are too large for modern skirting boards to effectively cover. In the past, skirting boards were much wider, making the gaps less noticeable—it's worth keeping this in mind when choosing.
The material from which the skirting boards are made is also important. In rooms exposed to moisture, such as bathrooms or kitchens, XPS or PVC skirting boards are best.
For children's rooms, we recommend installing moldings using our mounting clips. These clips allow for easy removal of the moldings while painting the walls, and quick and easy reinstallation.
