Aluminium stair nosings – what are they used for and where to apply them?

Aluminium stair nosings are installed directly on the edge of the step to protect the most heavily used part of the surface. An aluminium stair nosing absorbs the pressure created during walking, reducing damage to the covering and extending its durability. This solution works particularly well with materials susceptible to abrasion, such as panels or tiles.

Aluminium stair nosings are used in residential construction and commercial buildings. Stair strips work well in high-traffic areas (e.g., in stairwells or at building entrances).
