Safe delivery of trims and accessories

At Cezar, we ensure professional protection of goods during transport, especially for long products such as skirting boards, profiles, and finishing accessories. Each order is carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during delivery.

On the day of shipment, the Customer receives a consignment note number, which allows for quick and convenient online package tracking.


Delivery methods

We ship within Poland via trusted courier companies:

  • DPD – standard domestic shipments

  • Raben – oversized transport and bulk orders

For large orders (e.g., a larger quantity of trims measuring 250–300 cm in length), we reserve the right to change the carrier from DPD to Raben – always after prior contact and confirmation with the Customer.

DPD provides standard courier delivery to the specified address throughout Poland.

Raben transport is used for larger and heavier orders requiring palletized transport.


International delivery

We also offer international product shipping.
The cost of international transport is determined individually – please contact us before placing an order to receive a quote.

Currently, personal collection is not available.


Damaged shipment – complaint procedure

Please carefully check the condition of the shipment in the presence of the courier before accepting it.

If the packaging shows signs of serious damage that may affect the contents:

  1. Draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier.

  2. Within 24 hours of receipt, send to the address: cezar@cezar.eu:

    • a copy of the damage report,

    • photos of the damaged package,

    • photos of the damaged product,

    • the consignment note number.

Documentation submitted after 24 hours from receipt will not be grounds for considering a transport complaint.

How can I check the status of my shipment?
We send the consignment note number on the day of dispatch – it allows you to track the package on the carrier's website.

Are 300 cm long trims safe for transport?
Yes – products are properly secured and packed in accordance with standards for transporting long items.

Is delivery made throughout Poland?
Yes, we provide courier shipping throughout the country.
