Safe delivery of skirting boards and accessories
At Cezar, we ensure professional protection of goods during transport, especially for long products such as skirting boards, profiles, and finishing accessories. Every order is carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during delivery.
On the day of dispatch, the Customer receives a consignment note number, which enables quick and convenient online parcel tracking.
Delivery methods
We ship throughout Poland via trusted courier companies:

DPD – standard domestic shipments

Raben – oversized transport and bulk orders
In the case of large orders (e.g., a larger quantity of skirting boards with a length of 250–300 cm), we reserve the right to change the carrier from DPD to Raben – always after prior contact and confirmation with the Customer.

DPD provides standard courier delivery to the specified address throughout Poland.

Raben transport is used for larger and heavier orders requiring pallet shipment.
International delivery
Currently, we do not ship products abroad.
We are working on making this option available in the near future.
Personal collection
Currently, personal collection is not possible.
Damaged shipment – complaint procedure
Please carefully check the condition of the shipment in the presence of the courier before accepting it.
If the packaging shows signs of serious damage that may affect the contents:

Draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier.

Within 24 hours of receipt, send to: hello@cezar.eu:

a copy of the damage report,

photos of the damaged package,
-
photos of the damaged product,
-
the consignment note number.

Documentation sent after 24 hours from receipt will not be grounds for considering a transport complaint.

We send the consignment note number on the day of dispatch – it allows you to track the package on the carrier's website.
Are 300 cm long skirting boards safe for transport?
Yes – products are properly secured and packed according to standards for transporting long items.
