ESG Report
Ladies and Gentlemen,
We are proud to present the first comprehensive sustainability report from CEZAR PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO PRODUKCYJNE Dariusz Bogdan Niewiński . This document summarizes our work in 2024. It represents an important step in our journey towards a more sustainable future. It demonstrates our commitment to transparently communicating the impact of our activities on the environment and society.
We want to emphasize that we are voluntarily reporting, guided by the VSME standards, developed by the EFRAG advisory group at the request of the European Commission. Out of respect for our business partners, the report specifically includes information needed to assess our sustainability risk profile.
The year 2024 was a period of intensive work for us on integrating the principles of sustainable development into our business strategy and daily activities.
In the face of global challenges such as climate change, decreasing availability of natural resources and growing social expectations, we recognize the need to transform our business model.
However, we do not view these challenges as limitations, but as opportunities to innovate, increase efficiency and build long-term value for all our stakeholders.
In the past year, 2024, we have made significant progress in key ESG areas:
- In the environmental dimension, we have taken action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by preparing investments in renewable energy and implementing solutions to increase the plant's energy efficiency.
- On the social front, we continued to build a safe and inclusive work environment, providing our employees with development opportunities and engaging in initiatives that support local communities.

In the area of corporate governance , we have strengthened our management systems by implementing a system for reporting irregularities and whistleblower protection, and by developing an organizational culture based on accountability and transparency.
We recognize that effective transformation requires systematic action, commitment from the entire organization, and open dialogue with our stakeholders. Therefore, in addition to presenting our achievements to date, this report also includes ambitious yet realistic goals for the coming years.
