Are payments at cezar.eu safe?

Yes. All online payments are processed through certified payment processors using an encrypted SSL connection. Transaction data is securely secured.

How quickly is payment processed?

BLIK payments, online transfers, cards and Google Pay are usually processed immediately, allowing you to quickly start processing your order.

Can I pay by traditional bank transfer?

We currently only accept fast online payments. This allows us to shorten order processing times and avoid delays in processing funds.

What should I do if my payment has been collected but I haven't received confirmation?

First, check your SPAM folder. If you haven't received a confirmation or your order hasn't been processed, please contact us at cezar@cezar.eu

Can I change my payment method after placing my order?

It may not be possible to change your payment method after your order has been placed. If you experience any issues with your payment, please contact us by email.

Why is my order not being fulfilled?

The most common reason is that payment hasn't been received. Order processing begins only after the full amount has been received.
