Construction of the plant
Commencement of construction of a production plant in Ełk.
2008
Merger of companies
The merger of MB Darek (producing aluminum and brass profiles) and Cezar. After Cezary's death, his son, Dariusz Bogdan Niewiński, became the sole owner.
2011
Caesar - Nord Plast
Purchase of the Nord Plast plant in Suwałki (production of XPS underlays) – transformation into Cezar – Nord Plast.
2012
Production of turned parts
Expansion of Cezar's operations to include the production of turned parts for the automotive industry.

XPS strips
Start of production of XPS skirting boards.

Stainless steel production
Start of production of stainless steel strips.

Logistics center
Construction of a modern logistics center with an area of 10,000 m².

MDF strip factory
