What does the recruitment process look like?

We want our recruiters to feel comfortable and confident at every stage. Your feelings and overall impressions of the recruitment process are paramount to us, so we are available to you throughout the entire process, happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Step 1

App

Complete the recruitment form and send us your CV. You can do this via our website or through our recruitment platform where we post job postings.

Be sure to include any previous work experience and skills that may be relevant to the position you are applying for.

Step 2

First conversation

The initial phone interview aims to clarify the questions we asked about in the recruitment form at the application stage (availability for work, financial expectations, etc.). You will then receive an invitation to a first-stage interview with a specialist from the Recruitment and Development Team.

Some recruitment processes only involve a single stage. In these cases, you will immediately meet with a specialist from the Recruitment and Development Team and your future manager.

Step 3

Meeting with your future supervisor/supervisor

This is a conversation during which you can learn more about the daily responsibilities, requirements, and culture of the team.

It is also an opportunity to learn how your role fits into the organization's goals.

Step 4

Feedback

Once the recruitment process is complete, we'll contact you to provide feedback. If we decide to work with you, you'll receive a detailed employment offer with information about working conditions. If it meets your expectations, we'll discuss the next steps together.
