This type of floor insulation is easy and simple to work with, designed for creating underlayments directly under floating floors to even out uneven surfaces before installing laminated flooring made of wood-based materials, such as laminated panels, or laminated wood elements and wood-like materials. The Pro Izo Roll CEZAR floor underlayment is made of polyethylene foam that has been additionally cross-linked. This cross-linking process increases resistance to static and dynamic loads. The intermolecular structure between the chains has bonds that create a high-density structure. Thanks to the smaller spaces between the chains, the material exhibits greater absorption and vibration dampening. To create an additional vapor barrier, we recommend using the Cezar Basic Izopar vapor barrier film.
